Lloyds Bank, OAS and MTC Apprenticeships have teamed up to create a new partnership to deliver funding for  high-value engineering apprenticeships to eligible SMEs in Oxfordshire, the Thames Valley and the surrounding areas.

The new £1m annual fund will help support the future skills needed by local engineering and manufacturing businesses and in doing so develop the next generation of engineers that are central to the future economic success of the region.

Would you like to discover if this training could be fully funded by the new Lloyds Bank fund?    

Lloyds Bank already supports apprenticeship training at the Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre (AMTC) in Warwickshire, delivered by MTC Apprenticeships,  the new training provider for OAS.

Now Lloyds Bank is extending its partnership with MTC Apprenticeships to include OAS to release millions more in funding. This £1m annual fund will enable local SMEs to recruit new apprentices, or train their existing workforce with all eligible companies able to have their training costs funded by the new fund.   

The funding is available to any engineering/manufacturing or high-tech SME that meets the qualifying criteria.
